  • Will my baby cry during your sleep program?

    In short, yes. There will be some crying. When we change the game on our babes, they feel confused and with confusion comes tears. I mean up until now your child has been sleeping one way his or her entire life, and now all of a sudden we are changing everything?! I mean what gives right?! I will teach you several different approaches in my program, all of which are very supportive. We often start off with full support while our babes are learning the brand new territory and then we work to slowly remove our support over a matter of several days. You are there every step of the way and we do everything we can to minimize the crying. As our babies establish their independent sleep habits and feel confident in their new routine, the crying quickly diminishes. They start to feel confident in their ability and secure in your approach, which in turn allows our children to learn to love sleep. My clients are often astounded by the transformation they witness within their child during the sleep shaping process. And are pleasantly surprised how easily my plan was to implement and how quickly results are seen. Rest assured that 98% of my clients come back to report that night 1 went much better than what they anticipated.   • What age of child does this program pertain to?

    10 Weeks - 16 Months Old I've built this program the same way I work with my 1:1 clients 10 weeks old to 16 months old. Therefore you can start as young as 10 weeks (adjusted age).

  • What kind of results can I expect?

    The end goal is independent sleep. Meaning that by the end of the 14 day program (if not MUCH sooner) you will be at a point where you can plop your babe into his or her crib, give them a kiss, walk out of the room and have your baby falling asleep in 5-15 minutes entirely on their own. I will also teach you how to form the ideal bedtime routine, sleep environment, and create the perfect schedule that will allow your baby to find the rest during the day that they need. By the end of my program, you can expect your babe to be sleeping 10-12 hours solid overnight. On average my students see this kind of nighttime sleep within 5 days of the program if the plan is followed consistently.

  • Can we room share and/or co-sleep while working through your program?

    Room share - you bet. Take note that babies older than about 6 months can take a little longer to see steady results but it can be done. If giving your babe his or her own space is an option, even just temporarily while implementing the plan, even better. As for co-sleeping, my program is for parents who are ready to give their child their own independent sleep space so co-sleeping isn’t an option.

  • Does your course help my baby nap too?

    Yes! It sure does! I believe in a holistic approach when it comes to our baby’s sleep. This means I like to tackle it all once which allows our babes to learn so extremely quickly because of our consistency. By the end of the 14 days your babe will fall asleep independently for all his or her sleeps, within 5-15 minutes of being put down, and starting to consolidate their naps into 1-2 hour stretches.

  • Does your program support breastfeeding?

    Of course! I have worked with hundreds of exclusively breastfed babies successfully.

  • What do I do if I need help? Are you there for support?

    My program is designed to answer the most frequently asked questions I have received from working with hundreds of families. The No B.S.
